Creekside Metalworks was established in 2009 by Ed Keller of Johns Island, SC. Ed has lived on the water most of his life and loves gigging and fishing. That passion paired with over 35 years of metal work and welding experience means that customers can rely on Creekside Metalworks for innovative, quality products for their dock and gigging needs.

Ed has always enjoyed designing and making unique and functional items. His first product was a dock ladder which was created when he couldn't find a quality one for his own dock. He started making gigs out of necessity when the ones he purchased always broke just a year into use. After spending one and a half years making and testing different designs of gigs, he found a design that works very well. As Ed is boating around the local rivers with his Lab, Bailey, he is always looking for ways to improve dock space and convenience. That has inspired the latest addition to the product line, kayak racks.
